How do I use the social listening feature?

Want to make the most of social listening? It all starts in your Settings!

To capture the juiciest insights for your brand, head over to your Settings page and fill in a few key details. You’ll find three handy sections:

  • Brand Terms
  • Industry Terms
  • Competitor Terms

Here, you can add hashtags and mentions you'd like to keep an eye on. For example, if you're a major retailer, you might want to track hashtags and mentions related to your top competitors. 🛍️👀

Once you've added your terms, our social listening magic gets to work—automatically updating your homepage with helpful graphs and insights! 📊✨
